  Is my hotel included in my ticket?

  No. If you are attending only ignite with Viator, you can book your hotel room at the Handlery Hotel; the link to the room block will be sent in your registration confirmation email. If you're also attending Arival, the link for Town & Country Resort will be sent in Arival's confirmation email. If you have already booked your hotel for Arival, you should reach out to the hotel to adjust your reservation dates.

  When is the event being held?

  This event will take place starting with a welcome reception on September 29th from 7pm-9pm PDT time and sessions will take place September 30th from 9am - 5pm PDT. There will also be two opportunities to check in: Sunday from 5pm-7pm PDT and Monday from 7am-9am PDT.

  What is the cancellation policy?

  Your registration ticket is fully refundable up to 30 days before the event. Hotel reservations may be canceled up to 4 days before the event with no cancellation fee. Check with your airline for specific policies.

  Our dress code is the same as Arival 360: From casual to formal, whatever makes you comfortable! Experiences is not a formal industry; it’s about learning skills you can apply to your business, finding new connections and opportunities and having fun along the way. We want you to get the most out of the conference, so come dressed the way that represents our industry—any way that works for you!

  Will there be any food or beverages?

  Yes! We will have refreshments during the Welcome Reception as well as lunch on Monday. We will do our best to accommodate any allergies, please provide these when completing your registration.
